Our experts are independent energy market experts who has extensive local and international experience in planning and implementing energy market regulatory, energy trading, customer relationship managament and efficiency improvement projects.


Gábor Bali (EnergIQ) Engineer specialized in natural gas industry, mechanical engineer, financial expert. His primary areas of expertise are natural gas trading and natural gas market regulation. He worked for more than 12 years at DDGÁZ Zrt. (regional natural gas provider), out of which for more than 3 years he led the natural gas trading activities of the company as a gas management director. He has been working as an independent advisor since 2007. As an external expert he has prepared several studies and draft legislations to the Hungarian Energy Office on natural gas market regulatory topics. He is regularly invited to present on conferences on gas portfolio management and gas trading topics.


Norbert Nagy (FreeOn) Economist, management consultant, trainer. His primary areas of expertise are organizational efficiency improvement, optimization of sales and customer care functions and human development. He worked for more than 6 years at DDGÁZ Zrt. (regional natural gas provider) as an organizational development expert. He has been working as an independent advisor since 2004. As an external expert he has been involved in operational improvement projects at a number of energy companies - aiming process optimization, HR system development and implementation of organizational changes.


Péter Nagy (NNCon) Economist, psychologist, certified management consultant. His primary areas of expertise are organizational efficiency improvement, optimization of sales and customer care functions and energy market regulation. He worked for more than 10 years at multinational consulting companies (Arthur Andersen, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers). He has been working as an independent advisor since 2009. He participated in the regulatory preparation of both electricity and natural gas market liberalization, and later on he supported several market players (e.g. system operator, generators, traders, suppliers and customers) in their preparation for the market opening.
